A word from the Vine Trust...
Georgia is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Georgia's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
I am volunteering in February 2020 in Tanzania as part of the Vine Trust Charity, building houses for those living in extreme poverty.
How I'm raising money
My first individual endeavour will be walking the Great Glen Way (117 kilometres), Fort William to Inverness in three days in order to raise funds for this project. This is normally completed in 5 days. I will be walking with Fionn, our Golden Retriever.
First stage complete, Fort William to Laggan Locks, 24 miles in just over 6 hours!
