A word from the Vine Trust...
Louisa is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Louisa's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
In June 2019 I have the amazing opportunity to travel to Tanzania, Africa. The trip will last two weeks and takes a small group of pupils from Earlston High School to Tanzania to help families who are less fortunate than us. I am raising money to be able to work to provide safe housing for a few selected families who are struggling and hopefully help to improve their lives considerably. A new culture will be introduced to us and we have the opportunity to experience new traditions, music and learn from those who follow this culture. For this trip to be possible I am raising money to go towards travelling, food, transport and essential resources to make these life saving houses.How I'm raising money
