A word from the Vine Trust...
Ella is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Ella's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
In June 2020 I have the amazing opportunity to travel to Tanzania, Africa. The trip will last two weeks and takes a small group of pupils from Balerno High School to Tanzania to build safe housing for families who are struggling and help to improve their lives. During our stay we will meet local families and we have the incredible opportunity to be immersed in an entirely new culture but to make this possible I will need your donations.
How I'm raising money
To raise money I will be doing lots of bake sales and many events in the local community.
