A word from the Vine Trust...
Lily is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Lily's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
Hi, my name is Lily Beaton and I am raising money in order to go on a once in a lifetime trip to Tanzania in 2024 organised by the Vine Trust. The aim of this trip is to build houses for the people of Tanzania who live in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. I will be getting involved as much as I can and I feel that this trip will be beneficial for the families who are seeking shelter and are trying to keep their children secure. It will be so rewarding to help bring a community closer together and immerse myself in a new culture and lifestyle. I truly believe this trip will be life changing to myself and the people of Tanzania!
How I'm raising money
In order to raise money I will be doing different fundraisers including a bingo tea, and other events which I will organise throughout this year. It would be highly appreciated if you could come along for support!
