A word from the Vine Trust...
Jack is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Jack's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.
Many thanks for supporting Vine Trust – together we are helping to support vulnerable communities through effective and sustainable development.
Please note: Vine Trust does not accept responsibility for the fundraising activities of persons fundraising in aid of their expedition or the Trust. Any views expressed on this page are solely those of the named fundraiser and/or their donors, not Vine Trust.
Fundraising Activity
I have been selected to attend Tanzania in 2026 alongside some of my fellow pupils from Milne’s High School. While we are there, we will be helping to build houses and have the opportunity to experience a 2-day safari. I am excited to make a real difference by helping build homes for families in Tanzania. Participating in such meaningful work is not just about the immediate impact; it’s about creating a lasting legacy of support and humanity. This trip will not only transform the lives of those we help but will also be a key moment in my personal growth journey, improving my confidence and reinforcing my commitment to making a positive impact on the world. How I'm raising money
I plan to hold various fundraisers over the next 12 months, such as coffee mornings, car boot sales, and raffles. I have also already started earning money by doing odd jobs for people, such as power-hosing patios, mowing grass, painting sheds, etc.Share this page
