A word from the Vine Trust...
Greer is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Greer's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
My name is Greer Montgomery and I am a pupil at Perth Grammar School. I have been provided with an amazing opportunity to visit Tanzania with the Vine Trust in the summer of 2019, as part of a school expedition with a group of pupils, to provide support by the construction of housing, for orphaned children and vulnerable families. This will be life changing for those who are less fortunate and are being supported by this project. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to be able to make a positive difference in someone's life and help change their future. The money I am raising will contribute to flights, accommodation and materials to be used in the construction of the buildings.
How I'm raising money
I will be donating part of my wages from my part-time job. I also will be arranging fundraisers and taking part in a variety of challenges and activities to raise money in the year ahead.
