Fundraising Activity
This year, I’ve set myself a huge challenge—and it’s all for a cause close to my heart. Vine Trust is an international development charity that works with long-term Peruvian and Tanzanian partners as they strengthen health systems and implement construction projects in isolated and vulnerable communities in the Amazon and on Lake Victoria. I have been given the opportunity to create impact by supporting families in Tanzania. The ask is a two week excursion, engaging with the local community and supporting the Tanzanian Women's Research Foundation (TAWREF). Being hands-on with developing sustainable development projects - including but not limited to, building foundations within the area. How I'm raising money
To support their life-changing work, I’ll be lacing up my trainers and taking on various fundraising events—including not one, but two half marathons, and potentially even a full marathon! That’s a whole lot of miles, blisters, and early morning runs… but it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by those Vine Trust helps. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward supporting their projects and making a real difference in people’s lives. So if you’re able, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Whether you can donate, share my page, or cheer me on from the sidelines, it all counts. Together, we can help build stronger, healthier communities—one step at a time.Share this page
