A word from the Vine Trust...
Catherine is fundraising in aid of Vine Trust's Building Programme in Tanzania.
Vine Trust's Building Programme enables volunteers to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world’s most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will go towards Vine Trust construction projects in Tanzania and the development of Vine Trust's Building Programme.

Fundraising Activity
I am raising this money to send myself over to Moshi in Tanzania where I will help fundis (builders, in Swahili) construct houses for the poorest families, I will also be spending my time at orphanages where I will play and have fun with all of the children. I have done the trip to Tanzania before in 2018 and I fell in love with Africa straight away.
How I'm raising money
I have already committed myself to doing various fundraisers such as a tea party for the local ladies in the community. I have also held a fundraiser with teenagers where we had a party and donations were taken. I am planning to carry on fundraising by doing a quiz night and then hopefully follow on with a wine raffle.
