Amazon Hope Medical and Dental Conference 2008 at McDonald's Highland Resort in Aviemore
On the 7th and 8th of November 2008 the Vine Trust will be holding its first Amazon Hope Medical and Dental Conference at MacDonald Hotel’s Aviemore Highland Resort.
This event is for people who have been on a medical team or friends/colleagues who might be interested in joining one.
We hope that you can join with us to share your experience but also share with us as we think about the future. There is also the option for conference delegates and their families to stay at the resort for an extra night at a special rate.
Costs
The cost of a delegate at the conference is £105*. This includes dinner on Friday plus bed and breakfast and lunch on the Saturday - The conference will finish with afternoon tea at 4.30pm on Saturday.
Delegates are encouraged to bring their families with them to Aviemore. Non-delegates are charged at a rate of £35 per person for bed and breakfast. For children between 0-5 there is no charge and for children between 5 and 15 a rate of £15 (bed and breakfast).
The option to stay a further night at a discounted rate of £60—£ 80 dependent on room is available. Additional nights at the discounted rate should be reserved on this form. Payment however will be made direct to MacDonald Hotels during your stay.
*Delegates sharing a twin bedded room can opt for a discounted rate of £85 per person.
